Fee for Requests for Disclosure, etc.
A fee of 700 yen will be charged for each request for disclosure of personal information. The fee is payable by postage stamps only, and should be sent together with the documents requested.
Notification of Disclosure, etc. and Non-Disclosure, etc.
When we have made a decision regarding notification/disclosure of the purpose of personal information use for which a request has been made, we will notify the person who made the request or his/her representative.
